If you wrote a paper exam, the exam will be returned to TrainCan for marking. After it has been marked, your grade is inputted into the Sobeys Portal and if successful an email will be sent notifying you that your certificate is available.
If you wrote a online computer exam, your certificate will be available immediately in your profile if you pass the exam.
