You need to be logged in to your Corporate Account. Go to " Team Members/Exam Results" tab and " Search" for the students name. Click on " Edit" agains the student's record and scroll to the bottom to view their course status. If there is NO student record found, this means the course has not been accessed yet/course key has never been redeemed.
