If they have not been successful on their exam in a testing centre ( in-person exam session) , please purchase and assign them a Retest and Review Course. If they have not been successful on a WEBCAM exam, please purchase and assign them a new, full chapter BASICS.fst/ADVANCED.fst with WEBCAM exam.
