BASICS.fst is designed for Team Members; ADVANCED.fst is taken by Restaurant Franchisees/Assistant Managers/Managers. If a Team Members certified in BASICS.fst has been promoted to a Management position, they will be required to take an ADVANCED.fst course and exam.
